Someone used my World Card for R3127...on Christmas day ...did not even receive an OTP ..called them to report on the 27 December 2023 ...mkney was not released...they opene a case ...on that again afyer 2 days money was paid to Shein..called them they told that they openkng vase with ***** and will take 30 days.....okay no stress ...so they been quite since then...yesterday i called they told nothing has been done since i did not submit document ...no one told me about the document and the case number even worse the agen was rude and not willing to help ...i must also submit a bank statement like what the hell ...my money was stollen from your bank which we suppose to trust ....and i been send pillar to post ...Aftican i want my money and your bad service with lack of knowledfe from your agent ...i am gatvol right now....
