I took out a loan with African Bank and 2 days later money went missing from their card, I called and informed them about the ********** activity and was advised of what to do and I did.. I was advise of the turnaround time of which has passed and I have not received any feedback and I'm the one who keeps calling but dnt get any assistance.. They keep deducting money from me, meaning I'm paying for something I dnt have.. I took out the loan for financial assistance but I'm battling to make end meet. CAN I PLEASE GET ASSISTANCE IN GETTING THE MONEY OR CANCELING THE LOAN, CAUSE I CAN'T BE PAYING FOR SOMETHING I DON'T HAVE.
