***** and theft at your service

Last week on Monday i did a R19000 loan at African bank they took all my details and the consaltent at Robertson said they will send my documents and my details to their head office so that they can approve my loan and the following day i got the message saying the loan has been approved and i received the loan on my account after 15 mins i got a call from someone saying he is working for African Bank asking me about the loan and he says i must confirm my id number so that they will contact my bank about the debit order and i gave him my id number, after 20 mins my network went off and and i didn't have the network the whole day. The following day i brought a new sim card and i called mtn to do sim swap and they told me that i cant get that number back because the number has been ported to cell c .I went to my bank to check my account balance and when i get there i saw that someone transfered R6000 from my account i went to Capitec to ask that they gave me the name of the account they transfered to i went to the police to open the case they said they will investigate and the consaltant at African bank said they cant do anything about that i must tell the police tell me what kind of service is that?
