I so ****ed with african bank, I didn't change my debit order for December which is the 25th,however these people from this bank went into my account on the 14th of December without my permission to Debit the account that didn't have money, now when I checked on the app they have charged me for failed debit order, who told you to change my Debit order for December? Where did you get the permission from, I want you to immediately reverse the additional charges occurred because of this Do you think money falls from the tree? Or are you trying to turnish my credit profile that I worked so hard fo? Please fix this
