To whom it may concern,

I went to African bank today to find out how i can settle my outstanding balance at Balfour mall in Balfour park, the lady assisted me and even gave me my statements and everything then i made an arrangement and i left. After sometime i got a message saying i opened an account??? I went back to African bank to consult because i did not request to open an account the lady in a floral top with big hair and glasses did not even explain to me as i was asking why is there an account opened without my consent she just said i quote "i dont know" i asked for it to be closed she said "it is not possible" then after that she said she will log a query then i asked how does it happen that an account is opened without my concern, the response i got was "thank you" meaning i should go. If the lady treated me with respect i was not going to type this email and also complain but because there was no customer service there only rudeness as i was in concern about this account i know nothing of the lady just shouted at me and said 'thank you" i must leave. It is of paramount importance that we come to the banks to get assisted and not be treated like we are wrong for being concerned or upset when things are happening like this i left the bank with no response on what this account is and why was it opened maybe she was just trying to cover up what she was doing. I would appreciate a response on this because this is *****.
