African bank went to my account without my concern thats ***** they said they have debit my account in 2013 and now its 2017 they decide to debit my account without my concern after i have canceled debit order and they have never tried contacting me they have attitude even the call centre staff they need proper training they repping people off what they dont have how could they do such to us poor people is because we black and we dont have money thats why they taking advantage of us i need someone who is more well trained to example to me how is it possible to debit my account without being advised
