I took out a credit card With african bank and on the 20th of march i went to withdraw R2000 but i receive. R1000 of R50 notes, i then went inside the bank for help. A consultant came outside to assist me she told me to withdraw R1000 i did so but i received R500.we called the call center i was advised to fax through. My affidavit, copy of my ID and 6 signatures i did so as per their advise. I still have not received help ffrom them and i am truly disapointed at the kind of service i was given i was left broke. And had to borrow money from people to cover my day to day needs.. Please i need your help urgently.
