Please beware of this bank. They give out ********** loans on your ID number. Someone took out a loan on my ID, they cannot tell me to where the loan was paid, I started the ***** investigation 14 November and still no feedback now they say on my credit report I missed the loan payment for a loan I DID NOT RECEIVE. They cannot help me over the telephone because the cell number for the OTP and the loan is someone else's phone number. I called and went into the bank and no one can assist me!
