FNB's Wallet lousy product.

On 29 November 2022 I transferred funds to my grandson using FNB's ewallet facility. Not only were the funds never received but some six weeks later and some 25 calls to their useless call centre they are incapable of refunding the money I sent. This totally unacceptable experience being passed from pillar to post by their inefficient staff is a very poor reflection of the service levels being offered by FNB.
