Fingerprints and cannot be assisted 4 months later

Fingerprints issue, Still waiting for feedback, called back to the bank , but did not get any help, for how long will i keep wasting money going to the bank and not getting any assistance????

4 Months later, still not assisted. Promises to call back but nothing.

Letter from home affairs was submitted. but NOTHING

Branch Keeps telling us that Mr Dlamini, the Nkomazi Area Manager is supposed to approve, Have spoken to Dlamini for a couple of times and each time promises get back to us, but does not.
