Financial De*****ing

I app**** for a loan via the App, i got everything correctly with the delay. fine! then I checked more details i see that money was disbursed on the 30th Oct, then reversed same day. No problem, but the only issue i have was that I was then charged (R1 050 + R157.50) for the payment and reversal? then the money was reissued on the 31st. I am going to take this matter to the Credit Ombudsman if this amount is not corrected by Thursday 3rd November 2022. Clearly I am being ****med. If I will pay a fee then can i pay for what i owe/borrow don't cause fees that i should pay for.
