Financial care loan

I have been trying to increase my credit card limit increase but declined reason being I must pay financial care loan that I'm not aware of, I enquired about this loan last year and African bank promise to come back to me in 7 days, even today no one contacted me. I don't have any loan with them but I'm told to pay up.
