FICA Update Issues

I have had an issue with my FICA update since the 27th of September. To this date, the issue has not been resolved. Tickets have been opened.

I have visited the branch countless times, and still nothing has been done. Every time I visit the branch it seems that, that's the only time they get to try and look at my query.

I am told we logged a query come back tomorrow, come back in an hour. As if all I do is have time to be doing walk in at the bank branch. This has been a painful experience.
