feel let down

<p>I have a credit card with the company and i defaulted last year and fell into arrears , I called them last week the 7th Feb 2017 and made an arrangement with them , even made a payment for January an amount of r1250. My account is in arrears with r2067 and they handed my account over to attorney who rudely told me I owe african bank and i feel that African bank never tried to speak to me or notify me that my account will be handed over or even try to find out why I was not paying nonetheless they still went ahead even after I made a payment . I really feel let down by a bank that i thought would be on my side and yet they claim that one of their values is symphathy .......</p>
