Feedback and great customer service

As I previously complimented Lesego from the African bank rewards department for her good customer skills, I had a problem with a wicode that was unsuccessful and after a few months they have sent me an apology voucher by wicode which is more than the original one, i really appreciate the efforts made by this lady and her team in ensuring that all customers are satisfied with the service.<br> Thank you Lesego once more.<br> <br> You are an asset to this bank.
