Can somebody from collections department help me. Cause it seems when u in debt and trying to help to make payment arrangements. When u get that call from your company I feel like a ********. Iam trying to get out of debt by getting help. If your consultants do not know how to speak to customers then I dont know.Its frustrating already but u guys dont care about customers. I have withdrawn from debt review want to make payment arrangements to pay a specific amount every month till my debt cleared thats all. Can i get assistance please or what must I do.
