I logged a complain on hello peter against African bank on the 18th of February 2016 and was supposed to receive the feedback on 24 February 2016 but till today I have not receive anything from them, I think its time for me to escalate the issue to NCR and I need my paid up letter's for the three loans because I haven't received them
