FED UP with poor, disappointing, unprotected, unreliable service

Hi,my name is Catherine Rutthan,so I took out a loan with the bank and a few days later ***** was commited where the money was ****** out of my account,when I reported the matter I did everything I was told,go to the police station and get an affidavit,I did that and took it to the branch,you guys sent me and sms saying the issue was resolved,after that I heard nothing,no contact from the bank not once,when I called again I was told to go open up a case,I went again to the police station,just to find out I can't open a case,and that the matter should be resolved by the bank,I contacted the bank and told them again what was said just to find out it was not necessary for me to go and do that..after that I hear nothing until I finally made contact once again yesterday,since seeing you guys are not bothered with keeping me updated and posted,I was told to go again to the police station and make a case,so does this bank think I have so much money to run from pillar to post,I took a loan out because I needed the money, the bank couldn't keep the money safe so now it's making my problem,this bank couldn't be bothered with proper customer care,the sms sent to me said the issue was resolved,so make it like so...how do I trust a bank that can't even keep its client protected and their cash safe,do whatever needs to be done,but I'd like to be refunded ASAP,I can't be expected to get debited for money that was ******..I will take further steps if that's gonna be the case,and I'd like to be updated,I shouldn't have keep calling for the banks mistakes..THANK YOU
