Fed up of still waiting for my money

iT has been weeks since i had an ***** issue with African Bank,after doing everything they asked,I've been waiting and waiting for feedback, they told me the issue has been resolved but still haven't paid my money back into my account,here I'm still waiting weeks after the message and they are still quiet,I'm fed up,how long more should wait,this is really bad service from African Bank.
