Fed up

I have been in contact with NDC to give a settlement amount I was today it can only be done close to my pay day as its only valid for two. Days they will send it on the 23 rd today I follow up no one comes back I phone African bank and the consultant said they cannot help me so what do I do I wanna settle this debt that has high interest as it is a month I get two interest amounts and no one can help me
