Fed Up

Hi there I went to African Bank in Tygervalley to apply for a loan. As Experian Credit Buro's system crashed on Monday, my credit profile could not be updated. No after going through several phone calls and stress African Bank informed me that they cannot assist me, because one can only apply then after three months. I am sitting with the paid up letter and as it was not reflecting on African Bank's side and Experian crashed. I as consumer is being penalized for both companies that is useless. This is surely not my fault that Experian could not have updated the credit report and what crab is this that I can only now apply now at African Bank within three months time. Really fed up with stuff that is beyond my control and not my fault.
