Faulty online banking, cellphone banking, and app.

I can't transact, I tried Cellphone banking, Online banking & the app. My money is sitting there looking at me while my kids are hungry & I called the customer service only to be told that I have to wait for 72 hours excluding weekend mind you it's Friday today. I went to the African Bank branch and the consultant couldn't help me yesterday (Thursday). I can't wait to get my money and shut down the African Bank account.
