Fast and efficient service

Good day.<br> <br> I app**** for my credit card on-line and was requested to submit my documents to the branch.<br> I went to the branch early in the morning, the banker processed my documents, issued my card and in less than two hours my credit limit reflected in my account( verification of my employment was done during these two hours)<br> <br> The lady that assisted me was also very friendly and polite.<br> <br> This is superb customer service.<br> I work for one of the top 4 largest banks in south Africa and they cannot match the efficiency and speed that African bank offers<br> <br> keep up the great work guys !
