False Judgement Claim in previous filling of perscribed Debt.

<p>Hi,</p> <p>I had a call with African bank a few months ago where I asked then to remove the debt I have on my credit report and the reason for it was that the debt prescribed. However I then received a call from a lady that works for African Bank saying that it has not yet perscribed because I made a payment in May 2013 and that there is a judgement on that loan, however after doing some investigating I found that the loan I was refering to did not have a judgement but there is a smaller one that had one. I am now asking again to have it removed from my credit report due to perscription of debt under PRESCRIPTION ACT 68 OF 1969 and the amenmend of 2015. <br />The principle debt in question is account number: ********** 001 (amount: R23 034.00). and the one that contains the judgement has an outstanding amount of R5 926.00). Please remove the following debt Acc nr. ********** 001 (amount: R23 034.00) from my ITC as soon as possible.</p> <p>Thanks</p>
