False information being used against me

AfricanBank offered me Big Loan & Credit Card which I accepted. Went into Montana Branch in Kolonade where the took my ID number but then could not offer me what they told over the phone due to THREE ACCOUNTS (OK Furniture, Furnmart and JET) which they all of a sudden find on the system total between the three is R25 000. FIRSTLY, I don't have any of those accounts, NEVR HAVE opened accounts at any of those places. Pulled my Credit Report, does not show there, not any other place pick them up and not my bank. ONLY AFRICAN BANK find these on my name, which have never been on my name. Now I have to go and find paid up letters and affividavit from police to give to African Bank to have offer looked at again. This is unacceptable! I DON'T OWN ACCOUNTS LIKE THESE!! Where does African get these information if it only shows on their system, and not on my ITC or anywhere else. PLEASE HELP ME AFRICAN BANK! Looking forward to hearing from you ASAP.
