false hope once again

African bank has done it again..u know i really wish they can practice what they preach!!!!I was called by someone in the sales department on Thursday the 5th February and I had to apply for a loan at southgate mall...I submitted all documents they wanted reduced the term but till today I haven't received anything when I canll their call center my application its pending really now???? Can someone just tell me whats happening I wanna knw the outcome of my application!
