FALSE HOPE

I have not so long ago app**** for a loan from African Bank. I have an existing loan which is ending soon so i received a text indicating that i qualify for R50 000 for a personal loan and R10 000 credit card. When taking all necessary docs to the nearest branch i was told i don't qualify. I find this really promoting false hope and info. Why say via text you qualify only to go into the branch and not at all. I have been loyal to African Bank and has always paid. I was very disappointed, and in future wont attempt to apply for a loan from them. I needed this funds and just got let down.
