False advertising of products!
I took out funeral policies for family members at the Greenstone branch last year. This year in March and April my debit orders didnt go off. When I called the call centre they advised me they cant help me. I didnt know I cant take out the policies for the family members and the consultant didnt either she told me when I went to the branch to enquire. Now I have paid for policies since June last year that I cannot do admin for. This is not on! I want my money back! I will report this to the Ombudsman if not cancelled and my money paid back.
