Failure to stick too arrangement

So my dear wife arrange with this bank too deducted a single instalment on the 7th of every month but these ******s decide too deduct a double instalment,this is so wrong and I want to report them by the ombudsman of the bank,any advice pls will be greatly appreciated (angry client).
