Failure to process applications

I made an application with African Bank because I have a real emergency 6 days later still no response. What's the point of claiming you offer financial services if you can't assist? Rather decline it than to keep me waiting for nothing. The call center is of no help either all they can tell me is that my application is still being reviewed. Would I have made an application if I didn't have an emergency? That bank is failing dismally.
