FAILURE TO CONTACT ME FOR A MONTH

My husband and I have purchased a Fridge and Television from Furniture city through African Bank.<br> we have taken the extended warranty and now are experiencing problems. We were told that Furniture city has closed down and we need to contact Johanna. for a month we are trying leaving msgs ans three emails,<br> she just does not respond. <br> i need someone to contact me and resolve this issue urgently.<br> <br> i will now stop paying the balance until they resolve this issue
