Failing to give proper feedback on application of credit

I app**** for a credit card on the 29th of May 2025. The application is showing “being reviewed” since the 29th. It is the 6th of June now and I have been calling since the 2nd of June 2025 with no assistance from the call center or the back offices. I have been told the application is on the final step since the date it was completed. If I didnt need the money I wouldn’t have app**** in the first place. Disappointed in this company.
