Extremely unmannered Employee

I went to the Worcester mountain mill mall African bank last week.Greeted by the only employee there named Thubai told me i cant get the credit card like the website quoted me on minutes earlier,because im a first time client. I was told it would go through as a personal loan but still wont be more than R5000. My girlfriend returned there today ,she had spoken to hesdoffice minutes earlier regarding first time clients which she stated is NOT true. My girl was greeted by the same man namedThubai . He told her that headoffice had given her wrong information,we told him that last time he gave me the wrong details to which he exploded amd yelled at us telling me that I am lying and I mustnt be mad because they didnt approve my credit.to which he continued to flame out on us. I was speechless.never in my life have I been treated so extremely poor. utterly disgusting
