Just a shout out to African Bank for awesome, efficient and fantastic service. Really wish there were MORE companies out there that offer this level of service. To say "I am blown away" is putting it mildly. I phoned to lodge a temporary disability claim. I immediately got the claims forms/claims process from them and sent them all the documents they required and within 48 hours, I awake to an sms message stating that my disability installment claim was approved.
