EXTREMELY FRUSTATING SLOW PROCESS/SPEED SERVICE RECEIVED

I am really not impressed with the service I am currently getting at African Bank, my application started on the 23 of January, back and forth occurred for the bank statements which I ended up going to the branch with the same statement which I was emailing on the 26 of January in the morning, even today I am told the application is on the review state (Affordability checks)

In this day and age... how LONG does this whole process takes at African Bank????
