Extremely dissapointed
Very dissapointed in African bank. I have a bank account and all of a sudden it is put on hold. I run a buy and sell business a customer has paid me money I need to send her package out and I cannot because of african bank. No communication what so ever and no one can assist me when I phone absolutely hopeless

06 Feb 2024, 13:03Yes I got a call back but the problem is everyone tells me they are escalating it and no feedback is given. I need this sorted today. My customers who made payment are waiting for their items and I cannot do anything if my account is locked
