Extremely bad service
Made a loan application 23 october, since then application is on review until today, been calling ,all I got is that I must wait 4hours since Monday it's 4hours wait, ridiculous, all I need is accepted or decline so that I can move on, is that too much??? Agents keep dropping calls on me , others escalating, in the branch they are not taking my calls anymore not blaming them though. Their 4hours is 5days
