Extremely Bad Customer Service

This is by far the worst service I have ever received. I went to African Bank at Westgate Mall, there are only two consultants working. Secondly I went to open a tax free account and was surprised that a transactional account was opened as well. According to the consultant, the account automatically opens when you open an investment account. Third is that I tried calling their call center the entire day and no one picked up. There's an option for call back, which they called me two days later, by an automated system, that dropped the phone as consultants are busy and never received a call back.
