Extinctive prescription of debt

I have 3 accounts that I did not know of for the past few years and now qualifies for prescribed debt since it was not paid. I only saw it when I app**** for a ITC check and then actually managed to log into the African bank site with my ID and without any real secure data, once I was online I saw the accounts. <br> <br> - I deny any liability to AFRICAN BANK whatsoever, alternatively I don't acknowledge any debt whatsoever to, alternatively I expressly state that I do not owe AFRICAN BANK any money whatsoever. <br> <br> - In terms of our law the debt has prescribed, AFRICAN BANK had 3 years from date of debt becoming due to recover debt which they failed to do<br> <br> I did mail the consumer advocate who advised me to first start at the loanbackoffice, which I did and received a reply on the receipt but no further response yet after a week. I now mailed the consumer advocate again and they only refer me to someone else to look into the matter, but no feedback yet. <br> <br> Please assist to resolve this matter
