Exceptional Support

Hi to all and thank you to the team at African Bank Springs. I have always received exceptional service from the Springs 5th Avenue Branch and it has always been exceptional.<br> <br> Recently I had a somewhat slightly non understanding experience and through the strong support of Marlene & Cindy at the branch ,it was clearly explained to me how easily I made an error on my side which would have streamlined a process of queries, yet in doing so they gladly offered reassurance that all is now sorted and that I have nothing to worry about when I cancelled 2 of my policies.<br> <br> it does not mean I am leaving African Bank it is a temporary arrangement for me at current and I will gladly reactivate those policies later ,all my business and dealings I have with African Bank will remain as is and I will continue to inform my colleagues and friends of how exceptional the care and service is at branch level. <br> <br> We may not always get what we want telephonically from a call centre perspective however from this Branch in Springs you will always feel welcome ,wanted and like family.<br> <br> Thank you Marlene and your team for all the hard work and outstanding support.
