Exceptional customer service

On the 23rd African Bank ran a debit whereas it was supposed to be on the 25th.. I got frustrated as I urgently needed the funds, I called their customer services ( 23rd March 2022 13:05) and I was assisted immediately. The consultant was professional and the fund were reversed back in my account before the call ended. Well done Africa bank and the lady that assisted me (I forgot her name) The service was exceptional😀
