Exceptional customer service

I called African bank earlier and spoke to a gentleman called Tsietsi. He was so patient and very helpful. it's rare to find agents like him. He was even working at home and working at home is stressful with responsibilities plus children are on holidays now. Please give him the recognition that he deserves.
