Being in the tourism industry during this COVID pandemic has proved to be dire for me financially. She is always available to assist and is willing to go the extra mile without loosing her patience. On a separate incident, I went to bridge city to change minor detail on my profile, I was assisted by Nelisiwe (hope I still have her name correctly) Again the level of service and professionalism your consultant display is exceptional. I ended up opening a banking account with it’s exceptional products that it provides.
