Excellent service from Mpho at customer services

For the first time, I received an excellent service from Mpho at customer services department. After being taken from pillar to post for 6 days, Mpho has finally resolved my refund query. She also assured me that she will call me back before she knocks off just to check up on me and she did. Keep up the good work Mpho. Thank you once again.
