Excellent service

Hi

I just want to commend you on your excellent service both on the phone and in the branches I was at a shop and I need to pay with my African bank card and the lady asked me how was this bank. I only commended you and said at least in the time of difficulty you do not eat up peoples money with high bank charges .I had to deal with one of the other banks and their staff are unfriendly and rude.
