Excellent Professional Service

I had a very pleasant experience today with Lebohang Tshabalala who works at the African bank Kiosk at the Hyperama, Meadowdale.

After a very frustrating morning of trying to resolve my problems, I was eventually told that I needed to go to a branch.

I was extremely angry, but Lebohang apologized for my inconvenience, and then promptly set about resolving all my issues. She even gave me my paid up letter and a detailed statement of my account. This was much more than I was expecting.

It is very seldom that one gets such professional service nowadays. It was such a pleasure being assisted by her.

Lebohang is indeed an asset to African Bank.
