Excellent Customer Service

I would like to express my unexpectedly amazing excellent service that I received from the staff at African bank in Pinetown yesterday. I visited the branch yesterday the lady that welcomed was so friendly and made feel welcomed and appreciated, the staff was very co operative with me. I am very satisfied with their service and friendliness.

I even took the pleasure of reading their names without them noticing....Nokwazi, welcomed me with a beautiful smile, I felt like we knew each for a long time even though it was my first time seeing her...I then had the pleasure of being assisted by Sabelo Zuma who was exceptionally amazing in assisting me, explained everything in detail, with a smile not once did they seem to be irritated by me...All the staff is well trained and well mannered...To name them all...Sabelo, Nokwazi, Sihle and Sam...you guys are amazing, you are an asset to your company, please keep up the good, excellent and amazing work that you do there, you deserve to be in management level....God bless you all Rachel
