ERROR ON MY ACCOUNT.
I Khanyisa Tokobetshe May I kindly request assistance with African Bank, I had a loan with them however I settled the loan amount in 2022 July but till today it still appear on my my clear score as arrears. I am now not sure what to do because they have been promising to assist me but until to-date i have not been assisted. This affects my credit score.
Ndidikiwe kindly help.
