Error in your systems

Highly disgusted. This is the second time that my husband does an apllication and a confirmation sms is sent saying congratulations only to find out two days later that the application has been declined. How does this work how can you send these kind of messages if all your checks and everything has not been finalised? Something that you really need to look into it is very unprofessional.
