Endless Statement Issues

I don't know what has happened now, but I received a statement that is not english, but rather Sotho. How does this happen?<br> <br> I sent an email about this problem 3 days ago and without fail, I didn't receive a response. I think the main channel for Communication with African Bank should be Hello Peter. This is the only time issues get resolved.<br> <br> Fix my statement please and send me a new one.
